The extreme cold of the Anji Mountains winters hardens the bamboo, which makes the bamboo area rugs extremely durable. The great thing about having a bamboo area rug is that in addition to being the excellent addition to an oriental themed interior design scheme, they also look great in a ultra-modern design.

Sometimes the only thing needed to spice up a room is a bit of a shock. One of the best way to make a boring room interesting is by either tossing an unusually shaped area rug on the floor or hanging it on the wall instead of tapestries. One contemporary design that is visually dressing up rooms all over the world is the flower shaped area rug, which can also be a conversation starter.
